  • What’s the difference between 1-2-1 personal training and online coaching?

    With 1-2-1 personal training, I’m with you in person during every session, coaching your form, pushing you, and keeping you accountable in real time. Online coaching gives you the same structure, support, and guidance — but with the flexibility to train when and where it suits you. You’ll still get a bespoke program, full nutrition guidance, weekly check-ins, and unlimited support in between.

  • Do I need access to a gym for your programs?

    Not at all! I can design your program to suit your environment. Whether you train in a commercial gym, a home gym, or just with minimal equipment, I’ll create a plan that works for you.

  • How is the training program delivered?

    All of your workouts are delivered through a user-friendly app. Each exercise comes with clear instructions and demonstration videos, so you’ll always know exactly what to do when you step into the gym (or start your home workout).

  • How do weekly check-ins work?

    Each week you’ll complete a check-in form and share your progress (photos, weight, feedback). I’ll review everything and give you detailed feedback, adjustments, and next steps to keep you moving forward.

  • Is this suitable for beginners, or do I need some experience?

    This is absolutely suitable for beginners. In fact, starting with the right coaching can save you years of trial and error. I’ll guide you every step of the way, no matter your starting point.

  • Is there a minimum commitment?

    Yes — a minimum of 3 months. This ensures you have the time, consistency, and accountability to actually see and feel meaningful results.

  • Do you offer nutrition support as well as training?

    Yes. Alongside your training plan, you’ll receive full nutrition guidance, macro targets, and support with building sustainable eating habits that fit your lifestyle.

  • What makes your coaching different from other online fitness coaches?

    I don’t give you a “cookie-cutter” plan. Everything I provide is 100% tailored to your goals, lifestyle, schedule, and preferences. My aim is not just to get you results in 12 weeks, but to teach you the tools and confidence you need to maintain those results long-term.

  • How much accountability do I get compared to in-person training?

    With in-person PT, accountability comes during the hour you’re with me. With online coaching, accountability is ongoing — through weekly check-ins, daily support, and structured programming. Many clients actually find it keeps them more consistent.

  • Can I pay monthly instead of upfront?

    Yes. You can spread the cost monthly while still committing to the 12-week block.

  • What happens if I need to pause or cancel my plan?

    Life happens, and I get that. If something unexpected comes up, we’ll work together to adjust your plan or pause coaching if needed.

  • Can I try one month before committing to 12 weeks?

    I don’t offer one-month trials, because one month isn’t long enough to see real results. I ask for a minimum 12-week commitment so we can make meaningful progress together.
