Who I Am

I’m a 44-year-old mum to a lively 5-year-old, and I know firsthand that lasting change doesn’t come from shortcuts, fad diets, or quick-fix plans. I believe in the long game—celebrating consistency, steady progress, and the daily actions that add up to real results. When your effort is consistent, your outcome will always reflect it.

There’s no shortcut when it comes to real, lasting results. I don’t believe in quick-fix ‘6-week transformations’—because true progress comes from building strong foundations. That means developing a healthy relationship with food, building confidence in your body, understanding the basics of training, and focusing on consistent, sustainable habits that fit your lifestyle.
